RNAA launches public consultation survey for the update of the III NAP
The National Open Administration Network (RNAA) has launched a public consultation survey as part of the process to update the III National Action Plan (III NAP), a key document in Portugal’s participation in the Open Government Partnership (OGP).
The survey is open for responses until 23 March.

An invitation to participate
This survey aims to collect contributions, ideas and proposals from citizens, civil society organisations, public bodies, companies and other relevant stakeholders, in order to:
- strengthen existing commitments under the III NAP;
- update commitments currently under implementation;
- inspire new commitments for a more open, transparent and accountable public administration.
Participation is open to any individual or organisation, and no technical knowledge or prior familiarity with the Plan is required. Responses are anonymous and will be used exclusively within the collaborative process to update the III NAP.
What the survey covers
The survey includes questions on:
- experiences of participation in Open Administration initiatives;
- key challenges to citizen participation;
- priority areas for strengthening public action, such as transparency, public participation, access to information, digital governance, inclusion or justice;
- assessment of the commitments currently in force under the III NAP;
- proposals for new commitments for future cycles of the Plan.
Participate by 23 March
The RNAA invites all interested parties to take part in this public consultation process, contributing to the development of a public administration that is more open, participatory and closer to citizens.
