Thematic Discussion Foruns - II NAP
Thematic Discussion Foruns - II National Action Plan
24/11/2020
The identification of the most relevant problems in the relationship between citizens, companies and civil society organisations with the Public Administration is one of the foundations and pillars of the Open Administration. As the II National Action Plan (NAP) is in the development and co-creation phase, it is precisely this challenge launched by the National Network for Open Administration (the Network): participation in thematic discussion forums.
The programme had three collaborative brainstorming sessions, with the Discussion Forum format, coordinated by the Network and open to citizens and civil society organizations.
The goal of these thematic discussion forums was to identify the priority areas for the II National Action Plan, as well as to mobilize and involve key stakeholders in the entire co-creation process: citizens and civil society organizations.
The forums had a videoconference format, on the Microsoft Teams platform, with a total duration of 60 minutes. It will start with a short presentation of 5-10 minutes, a Lightning Talk, with expert speakers in each of the topics (to be announced by the co-hosts), followed by a discussion forum, followed by opened discussion by the participants. The discussion was facilitated from the 7 thematic areas previously identified by the RNAA [which can be consulted on page 20, of the slideshow used in the XII Multilateral Meeting of the Network].
The forums were structured around the following themes:
Forum #1

Theme: “Technological Shift, Open Data and Digital Inclusion”
-

-
Date: December 2, from 14:30 to 15:30 [GMT]
